FRIGIDAIRE side-by-side refrigerator, GE Artica refrigerator, Any Laundry (STACK UNIT) Center located in a confined space, any ASKO brand, and Magnetic Induction cooktops.
SALE OF PARTS:
We are not a retail parts sales business. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we sell parts not normally obtainable through normal appliance parts channels.

Additionally, we do not design or install central HVAC systems.
OUR FEE STRUCTURE:
TRIP FEE
Trip fee is $30 (free with repair).
Higher in outlying communities-- though we're flexible about that.

MULTIPLE APPLIANCES:
$25 for EACH ADDITIONAL appliance we look at while there.
We'll provide you a verbal or written estimate (your option) of what the repair will cost.
PLEASE NOTE: Our trip fee is for most appliances that require a nominal amount of time and/ or effort to locate a problem. There will be appliances and/ or situations that require additional time and/ or effort. In these instances the trip fee will be higher. I'll assess if additional time or effort is required before beginning diagnostics, and will advise you accordingly. (EG: Microwave over-the-counter unit than must be taken down to begin diagnostics, unit in a confined space, or otherwise difficult / time consuming to gain access to)
LABOR RATES & DISCOUNTS
We charge by the job and not by the hour. We will quote you a repair price after completing diagnostics and before beginning the repair. Sorry, (in most cases) we cannot quote repair prices over the phone. Call for more information. 10% discount to our Border Patrol, Military and Seniors.. We also offer a 5% discount off your total bill for payment in CASH. We cannot combine discounts. We expect payment at the conclusion of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
HOME WARRANTY COMPANY POLICIES:
Because of the paperwork and time involved, we do not bill nor submit claims to homeowner warranty companies on the customer's behalf. If you have such a contract, we will expect payment upon conclusion of service. It is your responsibility to collect re-imbursement from your insurer.

When you consider that most other companies charge as much as $98 just to show up at your door, I'm sure you'll see that our pricing schedule is reasonable. As for those companies that tout the "$20 service call" on the radio-- what you'll get is a technician planning to spend NO MORE then 10- 15 MINUTES TOPS, in your home and will throw out an inflated repair quote that's sure to cover his costs no matter what the problem may be, no matter how small it may be. That's why a 10 minute diagnostic call can easily cost you $500! Let us come out and we TAKE THE TIME necessary to find out what's wrong and will provide you an honest, knowledged estimate.
