TRIP FEE:
$30 within our Home Service Area. Higher in outlying areas- to offset addional time and gasoline expended.

The Trip Fee is non refundable.

Appliance Repair Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with our services, and we'll make a reasonable effort to address issues you may have about the repair.
If the job has not restored your appliance to its "prior-to-our-service-call working condition", you'll be refunded your payment (minus the trip fee for your community--to offset travel time and gasoline). A full refund for jobs in our Home Service Area. Installed Parts will be removed, of course.


Parts Policy:
All installed parts are guaranteed (during the course of normal wear and tear), for 90 days from the completion of service. This is a parts-only warranty and a labor fee still applies. Parts that have failed as a result of customer misuse or neglect cannot be warranted. Neither can we warrantee, guarantee or accept for return any parts that were purchased from, but not installed by Coastal Appliances, Heating & Air.
Exception: Fisher Paykel and DCS parts carry a 1 year parts-only warranty


Labor Policy:
Any failure or appliance malfunction that is the result of poor or inadequate workmanship is guaranteed for 1 month from completion of service.


5% discount for payments in CASH.
